I did a drive by at braddocks marina yesterday. There were a dozen or so vehicles but only one tent that I could see.

Beautiful day to be out fishing . Bite was good. 4 in of ice . Took home some nice ones.

On long pond 4 to 5 in of ice. Slow bite but aggressive when they show up. Pic of bucket so far

Ended Fishing at noon , had 8 keepers, 4 throw backs. Good size to the fish .

Drove by yesterday at about noon. That ice looked a little wet. Almost looked like you guys were walking on water from the road. I did watch someone drill a hole and the ice looked ok where he was. Not going to last much longer so enjoy while it is there.

Back at long pond. Little better today. Tip up / down with minnows are the ticket , with the occasional 1 jigging. Ice is 4 to 5 with lots of bubbles. Be careful if u go out.

Well at Honeoye it's 2 1/2 in , at 13 foot range. With spots that only take 1 hit with spud. Ice isn't as good as u read on other sites. Here's a pic

If u walk out launch go straight in the middle. Can't go north of launch . That's the line everyone won't cross

Ice masters elite is having a tournament tomorrow at Honeoye south end , check in is at 530 to 630 at ramp 30 bucks a head . Can start Fishing at 7. This will be interesting seening lots of people crammed in a small area. Check their Facebook page for more info if interested.

Sounds like a VERY poor idea with the ice conditions the way they are.All that weight on just a couple inches of ice and concentrating people is asking for a disaster.

I was there yesterday. Not going today! Way to sketchy. One minute 4" and take a couple steps and the spud goes through in 1".

Not only is there a contest, but the motor cycle guys showed up in the afternoon. All this on just a small fishable area. 

I hope I am wrong, but conditions the way they are is a recipe for a swim.

There is a ton of people out there right now and clustering together walking around in pairs etc.....not good. Lets hope that there was some additional ice making going on last night and everyone comes back safely from there.....

Cranberry has one person out on the north end... Not sure about the south end and also has a bunch of the wind surfers or whatever you call them... Don't have my auger with me to get a thickness... Can see some sketchy spots however
