What reel to use for leadcore

Just wonder what everyone is using for leadcore. I want to get a set up, any info would be great

how many colour? I'd do the segmented core. Already had braid attached if I was to set up new. Then you could choose how many colours you would deploy.

I like level wind Penn 330 reels ,but lately I'm thinking about  1:6 reels because 350 to 400 feet is a long way to reel in with a slow reel.

How much core and backing will the 50 hold?  What lb test on the backing?

I run 300 yds of 30lb power pro backing, 10 colors and a 50' leader and there is still some room left.

 Is that 10 colors of regular 27 lb core or the thin stuff ?
