Niagara, Tuscarora, or Olcott will do you fine. just listen to the fishing reports and pick your launch from there. I have never used the Tuscarora launch. I understand that you want to make sure you stay in the channel there. Lots of rocks outside the channel.

I will be in the area on Memorial day weekend from Thursday to Sunday.

Olcott is a great launch, Niagara  can be tricky with the river current & Tuscaroora is good but as mentioned stay within the channel.   Good luck.

The last time I launched at Fort Niagara, in October, it was very difficult. Both ramps need work, as they do not extend into the river far enough. Too shallow. Major problem. I hope they worked on them, but I have no idea. I think it is the closest for fishing the Niagara Bar, and lower Niagara River, which is a shame. My boat is only a 19 foot deep V. Everyone was having problems.
