NEW TO THE PAGE hey guys my name is mike, I'm from the Hudson valley, down state to most of you. This year will be my first time attempting to fish the big lake. I will most likely just stick to the bays in the early spring until I gain enough knowledge to really venture out, I believe my first trip will be to Mexico bay. I'm a die hard trout guys as most of you are as well. As I've been reading some of the forums I think it's so awesome how most of you guys are willing to share some info..... of course not all lol. Glad I found the app and I'm looking forward to speaking with you guys.

Lake O is pretty cool, with some very basic knowledge you should catch fish your first time out.

@greenboatluke..... hey neighbor, I'm not to far from you, I'm in dutchess county. East fishkill area, I have been doing a bunch of research with my fishing partner and I think we are going to try Mexico bay for our first trip up. Any info on Mexico bay would be greatly appreciated.

Plenty of rods, plainer boards, tons of cranks,sticks, and spoons to last for years and years lol
