Planer Mast question

Hello

Does anyone use an adapter with the bow seat for a planer mast opposed to screwing in the base plate? If so, anone know where i could get one?

Hi Mdryer,

I purchased a seat base from Gander Mnt. for ~$20 that my mast fit into perfectly. I then drilled 2 holes through the base and mast and bolted them together. I now have a removeable mast and no extra holes in my new decking. Good luck!
