Harborfest!!!!

hey guys, its drunk weekend part 2 in oswego.

do any fisherman have experiance with this weekend? i usually launch at wrights landing. what are the chances of me being able to launch and park the truck / trailer saturday afternoon and sunday morning? am i wasting my time? does wrights landing let cars park there for harborfest or do they same it for cars with boats?

does anyone have a boat thats already in the water that wants to take my wife and i out for a few hours saturday afternoon / evening to save us the hassel? fair haven to mexico.

I haven't been around there in years at Harborfest time, but if it is like years ago I would not go anywhere near there with a trailer, its too much of a Zoo. Just go hang out and have a few cold ones or launch in lil mexico. Have fun whatever ya do.

My neighbors at the lakehouse live in Oswego (primary home). When Harborfest comes, they avoid the town if at all possible and stay at the lake. They say it's a mess to get around and just not worth trying to. If I were you, I'd say find another place to launch from until the festivities are over.
