Watkins Launches? Maybe Cayuga

Just wondering if either of the launches in Watkins are open? I'm thinking of making a shake down Sunday morning before the flea market. Also debating between there or running over to Cayuga. Thoughts?

The launch at the Village Marina is open. 5 rigs there yesterday. Clute park launch-canal is froze in.

I was in watkins yesterday, another warmer day and Clute launch may be open. Had pack Ice just about even with the ramp. Gonna get cold again though.

I was in Watkins yesterday the river launch had ice even with the docks but the in Town launch was wide open
