well after 2 slow pro am weekends i was a little excited about getting home at the oak.Thats as far as it got i was there, pretty slow morning with 5or 6 shakers ,got 1 steelie around the 28 line then it was off to canada.did a couple more nice steellies before heading south from the 33 line .About 2:30 some one flipped the switch and at th 31.5 line i did 3 doubles in 1/2 hr steelies 5,6 lbrs 65 down then the 10 lb class kings found me got 3 in the next hr before pulling the plug .not counting the shakers i got 10 nice fish still looking for mr big to smoke a drag this year.Im not shure if the 31 to 31.5 line was the spot or if the fish just turned on late .If anyone is heading there in the next day or two id start there ,also I was about 1 mile east of port when the bite happened.

Ray,

Should have kept driving a little. I was told Olcott was SICK sat and sun with everyone done with a box by 1015 with a lot of Matures.

Here is hoping they are swimming eastbound!!!!!!!
