Seneca boat launch's

Anyone know of any private (or public) boat launches on west side of Seneca between severne and Geneva? I'm interested more in the Dresden area but any info is appreciated. Thanks!

There is a public launch at Lodi in the state park, Samson has one also, and then you got the one a the Seneca lake state park bit I don't think the docks are in yet there

RBonnel. Lodi and Sampson are both on the east side of the lake

Yea I'm not necessarily looking for now as much as summertime launches...if that matters. Seems like there would have to be a marina or something, that's a long stretch

Severne at Severne Point and Roy's Marina south of Geneva. There used to be a private one right in Dresden for smaller baots at a cottage there but I don't think is there to be used by the public anymore.

Severne to long point to Dresden is a good fishing and not that far of a run

Is that small one for just a few rigs open still where the creek from keyuka dumps in?  That is a great location for pike in that huge flat, I have not been there in 10 years......jk

However, you could launch at showboat I believe. That will out you a tad closer.

Not sure how that works , I know some in my camp here use it. If anyone wants to know I'll check when I get up to camp , parking may be a issue.

Ok , you don't gain much from Severn about a mile , no charge at Severn so far.

I would launch at sampson. It's 3 miles from the outlet. Closest run you'll find.

Just south of the show boat or almost derictly across from Lodi just a little south

To get to Dresden Bay

Kinda depends on the wind direction that day too. A stiff southwest wind and the ride with be bumpy from Sampson but not from Severne. If out of the north the opposite may be true

Is there really a launch for residents in Dresden? Curious as I am purchasing property in Dresden and am looking for boat launch...thx
