X2 Nail on the head here. I fish from a 14fter so I've gotta really be cautious of what launch I use and would prefer to just launch at Sampson and travel cross lake however living in a primarily West wind area find severne to suit my needs far easier most of the time

From what I remember there is no parking petty much that's why it's residents only but it's been a long time since I lived over there call your realtor

Use to launch out of Dresden in the early 90's then it went private quickly. Didn't see a boat launch out of there at all, but haven't been down that way a couple years.
