Has anyone tried to go yet this year? Is there a channel that is marked?

Have been wondering the same thing myself. I was out there on Sunday, but only headed back in the creeks, not to the lake. I spoke to guys at the dock, coming off the water in a bigger trolling vessel that said they were on the lake. So there has to be a decent channel out to the lake, just nothing marked (as of Sunday).

Even with the high water levels it was really skinny getting out. If you go, go slow and trim up. Nothing has been dredged or marked

Nothing dredged or marked.....Interesting when I wrecked my lower unit last fall it WAS marked. Wesson group denided any wrong doing by sending the public into the rocks toward the west side.
If your boat was damaged last year I'd strongly advise you to file a claim against the Contractor ..... I know there were no less than 3 others beside myself because the Rochester Coast Guard sent a boat over from the river to stop anyone else from following the channel markers that were installed
