Sandy Creek Easter 4/16/17

Did a quick trip with the family before the lake got too rough. Bay Rats off the boards in 8 fow out in front of the creek , we pulled one brown n a silver. Happy Easter and tight lines to everyone.

i find the run 1 to 2 ft deeper depending on the current. so yes i have. you break a bill call em they will send a new one or 2 or 3 sometimes. great compant to deal with

If I plan on hitting bottom I remove all but the back trebble hook on my lures. I smash my quick fish off the rocks quite a bit and don't loose nearly as many as I did before I started removing hooks.

The two docks along the launches were in the other day, the floating section was not. Just an FYI, bring your waders, even though the docks were in, some of the dock itself was under water. This was before the most recent rains on Thursday/Friday so I'm sure it's worse now.
