Sampson park favor needed

I need a dock for a 21ft boat for the memorial weekend lake trout derby at Sampson park. Last year the one I reserved was falling in.I could not use it.

Can someone give me a couple good dock numbers to try to reserve? I only need one .

Final Fight I would like to be a little closer to the weigh station so I dont have to haul

my heavy ,very heavy cooler so far.

I also have a question for you Sampson veterans. I have a 20' boat and they issued be slip #80, the brochure says that is for 16' boats. Am I seeing that information correctly? Or will 20' fit just nicely in there?

Slip 80 is by the t docks I believe which a 20 will fit. There will be open slips. Almost certain.

They try to save the bigger boat slips for the large pleasure boats 25 and up to 40. But usually they start showing up the weekend after the derby. Let me look at a map and I'll post what docks are usually open year round. The staff is great to work with usually.

Ok guys I rented dock 69 . Thanks for all the replies.

Early this spring I rented cabin 3 .I would like to get into

big fish friday . We will see how work schedule goes.

Slip 101 and 96 I believe are usually open, at least they were last year. There's big boats at all slips from around 94 up to 101 roughly if I remember. But slip 72 is a huge dock. Not sure who usually gets that.
