South Cayuga charter

Anyone recommend a good charter on the southern end of Cayuga? I want to learn more about fishing Cayuga I think that's my best bet. Get some pointers then put the time in.

Blue Moon!  Scott Fletcher is an amazing fisherman and will put you on fish.   I've witnessed, first hand, his ability to adjust to conditions and catch fish under pressure and serious fish at that!
