Water in oil Mercury 115 4 stroke

I recently notice after 2 trips this yr on lake o trolling both days approximately 20 hrs total at 2.5 mph I now have milky engine oil . Seems to be a common problem if the thermostat is stuck open but mine apears​ to be working fine, spark plugs look good to . Could it just be I never got it totally warm enough or is there something else I should be checking ?

Mine does the same thing , talked to the dealer and he said that mercy put a moisture condensate plate in there four strokes . Just change your oil every 200 hours and it will be good . This does not happen once the water warms up a bit !!!!
