RAIN- Bad start to the year.

I'm pretty disgusted with the rain this year thus far. Never seen this bad. I haven't even put the boat in the water yet. I'm concerned with boat launches underwater, debris ripping my downriggers off, or the fish hawk probe I am getting. The muddy water. Just a bad start, and my fear is its going to be one of those summers. Last Summer was great, and I was really excited for this year. Its seems to me, every other alternates- too much rain and cold,  or hot and drought, never a happy medium. I notice it more since I began gardening about 5 years ago.

Nothing you can do , roll with the punches . the finger lakes been doable go slow and you be ok . But i have stayed away from the big pond due to the high water . i looked at the leader board of the L O C derby looks like the fishing is good

Pair of mud boots and a little bit of an adventures spirit is all that is required. Fishing from most reports is great. The coho bite on the west end is something to be seen beautiful chunky fish.
