Checked out the Irondequoit bay and the Genesee river launches yesterday. Here's a couple shots.

I will guarantee that there will be more vehicles swamped this year than ever before when the knuckleheads start backing into 2-3 feet of water and their boats/trailers and tow vehicles get pulled right into the drink....

Here's a pic of the launch at Mayer's Marina on I Bay, right across the channel from the public launch...Can almost launch my boat from Lake Road!

FLOODING ASIDE. I'm very disappointed with the general condition of the I Bay boat launch. The docks and launch area are in terrible condition. the docks need to be replaced. They are dangerous to walk on. The repair patch pieces of flat aluminum are very slippery and have not been washed off all year. There is a ton of bird crap on them. The person (s) responsible for this should be fired.
