Perch trip turn to Laker trip

Today started out as a perch trip it was soon apparent it was lakers all day! Fish east side south of marleana point 25 fow. Fishing 1/16 jig white body. Sorry no pic I forget to take them. Marked fish all day.

Sorry guys Keuka, !!!! Had to have caught 30 most were released to swim again.

Same thing happened to us last year up by Keuka College. They were there for an hour and we pounded them on perch jigs, then they were gone. Funny thing was we didn't do much of anything jigging lakers that day in the deeper water.
