If you are planning to launch a boat you should check to make sure there is an open launch.  Many are closed due to shore flooding and most bay have no wake zone

Have not been on Lake O last 2 weeks but was at launch today and water is past grade and they built temp connection to floating docs.  If you have bunks be prepared to put the truck in deep

This weekend was tough. It blew hard NE Wednesday night and all day Thursday. We fished the WHI and boated a 16 lb and 25 lb King Friday along with 3 coho and a steelie. The west wind this week should set things up for some good fishing this weekend. The Niagara Pro Am is this weekend in olcott too.

Question for the bar experts, when you say the bar I seem to think your in the area of the green can? like 30ft of water or are you actually out in front by the red can that's out deeper not actually on the bar itself? Just trying to get my bearings. Thanks.

I tried to launch tuesday the 16th, at Fort Niagara. Docks were 6 inches under water. If I had someone to tend the boat while I parked the truck I could have launched, but by myself, I could not chance scraping my transducers off. So I went to Wilson, totally flooded, no way. Went to Olcott, no problem. But no fish either, and debris all over out there.
