How far from an 8-inch flasher to the fly?

I'm just curious what everybody's opinion is on how far behind an 8-inch flasher and/or Pro troll do you generally run your fly. I've always ran mind between 21 and 24 inches but want to standardize how I do it so they're all the same?

I keep some tied short and some tied long.  Some days the fish want it different.

18 to over 30+ Inchs don't be scared to try longer leaders

Bigger flashers if you're running files go to the standard cut bait length

Pattern is the key also shorter you go the faster it goes length slows it down

23" end of loop to nose of fly is usually what I start the day with on 8" attractor. I have at least 1 shorter and 1 longer of every fly.

I usually run 22" from nose of fly to end of loop.  Seems to work fine most of the time.

Cutting your leads all the same I thought was a great idea so that I could focus just on color. But some days they like it slow. Some days they like it fast. Fish really know how to have you invest more money for more tackle lol
