Looking For The Maker of Handmade Copper Wire Rod and Reel

I was wondering if any of you know the guy who builds custom rods and reels for fishing copper wire. I was at the fingerlakes trollers flea market this past March in Watkins Glen and I saw someone with a 3ft fiberglass roller tip rod with a wooden handle and a metal hand reel. He said thet he made them. I am now interested in purchasing one. If you know this person please forward an address, phone number or email. It is greatly appreicated.

The guys at Seneca Marine Bait and Tackle would know. They sell set ups for pulling copper. Which is what that set up would be used for. Pull it by hand then use the short rod and hand reel to get it back in the boat. They also sell a box with a motor that will reel it in for you.
