Downrigger Snubber

Im looking for some snubbers to run on my down riggers, before the ball.  Anybody have a product they like?

i seen that one.  it looks like a piece of rubber.  How strong is that rubber?

Amish outfitters makes one that looks similar, but has 500lb spectra inside.  Anybody use those?

The only problem with the Scotty snubbers is the odd snap they use on them won't work with my weights, the rubber holds up fine.

I just purchased the Amish Outfitter snubbers and used them Saturday for the first time and they seem good.

Have used the Amish Outfitter snubbers for a few years.  Hold up well and take the "snap" out of the stop on Cannon high speed riggers.  Reasonably priced also.

have a set of the rubber ones and they are getting old now they look fine but wounder how long they will last before they brake . i don't store them in the sun to try to keep them from rotting .

I picked up the Amish Outfitter snubbers.  That goofy snap on the Scotty had me worried.  I have no idea how it works or if it would fit my balls.  Will see how they work this friday - sunday.

I used Amish snubbers last year... my brother hung up the weight and the rubber pulled out of the zip tie but spectra held and he and my dad retrieved everything. Very happy about that! He tried to repair it, but couldn't. I just picked up 2 more.
