I will be fishing this area for a couple of days next week and wonder if anyone might be able to help me out with a few spots i can try for walleye. I am not looking to take your hot spots just a few areas or places i can start out, with the price of gas i would like to not have to run all over the lake to try and find some fish.

Thanks

The winds and weather have it kind of messed up a bit....but

the best water was 80-85 feet straight out. Fish are deep.

185-200 on divers with rings, 10 color with 3 ounces.

Capt. john you say the fish are deep 10 plus 3 oz should be the 75ish range my guess . What is the normal depth for wally this time of year or is it a temp thing with them too?

I would say they have been deeper than normal. Early last week

there was a sizeable break around 70 ft. Some 8-10 degrees

if you came up 5 feet.

Ray...i normally figure 5 feet per color, so Im thinking with the 3 oz.

its right in that 65 foot range, depending on speed.
