New Forum - St. Lawrence River | 1000 Islands Fishing Reports

Hi LOU members -

After many, many requests, here is the new forum dedicated to the St. Lawrence River system (all 700+ miles of it!).  We fished the river this weekend out of Clayton.  Water is still very high but we were able to launch and I took my girls out to drown some worms.  We went through our full allotment and had some fun with sunfish.  No bass, walleye or anything big to report - just enjoyed the scenery and time with the family.  Will try to make it out back to next weekend for some musky fishing.

Enjoy the new forum -

Awesome!! Would you consider this the henderson/chaumont bay area too? Basically at the mouth of the St. Lawrence?

glad to hear about this new forum - the SLR has become a tough fishery with the zebra mussels/clear water and gobey's compared to years past ... this forum may help us (or at the very least, give us some inspiration)
