Grandkids 1st pike

 Some pics from the SLR in Gananoque. River was high and had to deal with a cold front but kids had a ball. They caught 19 total. Wife picked up a 3lb smallmouth.

Very nice - i've seen more pike up there this year than last year thus far.

Congrats to the kids!! I bet they chattered like hens in a hens house. That will be the light of their summer vacation!! I know I have twin girls age 12 they don't care about size its quantity at their age!! Thanks for taking the kids fishing!!  :yes:

 

The lower post in the Clayton are congrats also, those are some stout fish in your pics!!:yes:

I stay at Mil's Cottages. Most of the fish were caught around Bluff island. I can't take credit for the fish. The guy that owns our cabins posted them. I was just stating the fact that the water level has helped the fishing. The last 2 years we were there in June and the fishing was bad.
