Kudos to West Marine

I wanted to let you folks know that customer service is outstanding if you ever need anything from West Marine. I spoke to "Dan" in their trailer Parts dept. on Mon. regarding a part I couldn't find anywhere. He couldn't find it, but promised to look it up and call me back on Tue. I was pleasantly surprised on Tue. morning when I got a call back from Dan stating he had found the part. I couldn't believe #1 that he found the part, but #2 he actually called me back. I ordered the part and it will be here in a couple of days.

It's not too often you find a company that does what it says they will do and I just thought they deserved a thanks. THANK YOU Dan!!! This was my first time ordering from them & I'll definately order from them again. Good job.
