Is the Fair haven State park boat ramp open? Or any other ramp in Fair haven?

State Park says launch will not open this season.I'm unsure about the others...Zeke & Cyn

There is a launch at little sodus inn that is open

Turtle cove is open.  The water is high but launchable.
