Cold fronts

Hey gang,

I'm pretty new to salmon fishing on Lake Ontario. This is my 4th season. It's been hot all week and the weekend is supposed to be a lot cooler. Dropping from 90's into the 70's. Do cold fronts (or cooler fronts) slow the bite down out in the big lake?

the big thing about a cold front when it comes to salmon fishing is it ALWAYS makes the lake NASTY.

I believe that cold fronts have negative effect on the bite . A cold front means low pressure and that effects the water column ,no matter how deep. The rough water doesn't help either   LOL
