Rochester 8/6 fish were deep

Got a late start to let the lake calm down plus there was a full moon. Left I-bay and started just west of Braddock in 140'. Nothing but warm water no marks. Turned north and found the fish at 350'.

 

11 for 14 salmon and steelhead.

 

Spin doctor 42nd with stud fly was the most productive.

 

Riggers pared 130', 140', 160'

 

Dipsey 300' and 320'

 

Every rod took fish

It was a great privilege to be fishing with you and your dad on Fly and Fish boat. You guys rock. You certainly know where to find them right off the bat at the western most of Rochester area. I have not ventured that far enough west.in the past.

 

You get to learn something new every time you get to meet somebody new. You have taught me a few good deals on deep water king action.

Sounds like could be I-Bay. 200ft is a hike outta there.
