hard telling by the pic but those look to be drift bags not trolling bags. trolling bags have a adjustable cone to allow more or less water flow threw. got a better pic

They are awesome trolling bags. I've had a set of buggy bags for 4 years and they hold up. 42" across is considered the 28" bag. I use 2 for my 27' Baha to slow it down to 2 mph

That’s a great deal. I paid 140.00 for my 28” bags. Perfect for my 2452 bayliner hardtop.

I have a single 42"  / 28" bag slightly used Beefy bag that i would trade for 2 small ones  - I just to try to stabilize my 19.5' alum boat in the slop - not too worried about slowing it down although a few extra rpm will make by batteries feel better...
