32 pound king on 8/15 out of Bald Eagle

A friend and his son joined me for a morning trip out of Bald Eagle Marina Tuesday. We got a late start as they overslept. We went 12 for 16, mostly small kings. After losing a couple of majors to a straightened hook and a broken swivel, I decided to take the next big one myself. It took over 15 minutes to land a great king. She weighed 32lb 4oz on the marina's scale. Next year I should probably get in the tournament...

Beautiful fish!! Now we're talking about a nice King. A good friend of mine earlier this week their boat landed a 38# King!! I haven't seen or heard of kings above the 30# plus fish like this one and Gene Bolten Sunken Treasures boat in many years!! Hopefully this is a good sign to come!! Congrats to your catch!! and thanks for the pics... !!!
