Left Vestal at 4am got on the water around 8. Started a little slow worked out to around 270 and found a good temp break. Picked up a few small kings on a bad toad and white green dot spin doctor.

Switched out the bad toad for a gold back 42 mag. 20 minutes later it fires start fighting that one and my chinook diver out 270 starts screaming. Get the first one in and netted and get the spoon out of the net and grab the other rod, king is still on. He had me out to 580 and gave me a heck of a fight. Get the chinook to the rod tip grab the leader with one hand net in the other get her head up and land my first solo double. 23.5 and 15 .0817171157.jpg
