My trim don't stay up

I was just wondering why my trim don't stay up when I give my motor some throttle my engine comes back down and even on the plane my.trim oil ok and all the rest too

Trim it all the way up stick a 2x4 in it to keep it up check fluid level. If full you have a bad seal in the pump.

Try some Viagra in the fluid reservoir.   Just couldn't resist but hope you are able to get it taken care of.

A little more info wouldn't hurt. Do you have a outboard or I/O and year/ make/ model might help.
