Fished some this afternoon from about 2 to 5. Launched out of Myers and steamed north to aes and trolled south. Had some shakers and a couple small fish then my son who only gets to go with me once or twice a year locked in to a beautiful land lock that tried more than once to wrap him self in all the lines. Kept going across my whole spread. Boat controll was difficult also because had to have my 12 yr old daughter try and steer the boat while I was busy trying to untangle lines. Fish put up a good fight and finally got him in the boat. Biggest landlock that's ever come over the side of my boat. 20170823_150200.jpg good day on the water not a lot of fish but enough to keep kids occupied. Caught some rainbows today also fishing deep in the 240 + range down 40 ft with about a 75 ft lead on the down riggers. Dipsys were silent all day. Parked riggers at 70 ft with a stacked rod around the 40 to 50 ft range. No idea of the weight of the fish scale was not working
