Clear skies
Light fog

Bumped a few deer walking in this morning. Five deer seen from the stand. 3 bucks (1 year old 8 pt, 120 class nine point, and shooter 8 pt).

My dad and I both got lucky within the first hour of opening day on the family property in Honeoye NY, unit 8N. My first buck with a bow and one of my dad's largest archery bucks! Been watching his buck on our trail cams all summer, very cool to see it come together and lay hands on the one we have been drooling over!

Seems to be the common thing this year! Scum bags!

I'd spend the money to get another camera, take a junk one, put it back on the tree that was stolen from but put a new one up high looking down on it to catch the thief. Post the pic of him before you throttle him!
