I want to fish today, but I also need to get my wall tent up in the Adirondacks. I truely believe the Salmon are far from done in the trench and wave 2 is just coming in. We will see, if it doesn't get better there are perch and walleye to target

Yeah I'm vending at barn festival in remsen this weekend but come Monday I'm back on the hunt for yellow belly!

Thanks fellas... the family is excited and will eat Good!

 

Went back out this morning shortly before we got blew off with that strong SW wind... 32 keepers... it was on fire till the wind picked up. Over 200 perch in 2 days... my fillet knives are now dull! Lots of fish cleaning.

Tried to target them in the trench. I was the first guy out. Marked salmon and it was gone with first light. Went deep out to 150-170 and saw tonns of different bait. Lakers in all depth. No salmon. My friend enjoyed catching them so we stayed there.

We thought of it yesterday but at the time of decision making fog covered the lake and we decided not to go.

I fished for walleye this evening and on the way back I slowed up in front of association island in 80FOW and it was loaded with kings. Most were 60-70 feet down but lots of high marks in 40-50 too

I'm in town for some duck hunting and fishing. Anyone have any tips for where to go for perch. I'm new to the area and located near mud bay marina. Martins marina I believe
