Reel Jerks - I need some help

When you post links to You Tube, how do you get it so that when you send the link to someone, they don't have to log into You Tube to view the video?

I know that whenever you post a link, I click on it and it takes me right to the video..

I posted a link earlier and when you click on it, it ask you to login..

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated..
