Did anyone hear about the 40 lb salmon weighed in at bayside that was disqualified for one of the guys on the boat did not have a derby pass? I heard Yesterday when I was in Fairhaven. All I have to say is WOW if that is not a rumor

I heard it from Yankee Troller yesterday when he called me. I have not heard anything from some guys up that way.

I was at Bayside at 4pm Saturday weighing a steelhead and I was the first to weigh a fish there for the day... so if it happened it was in the evening... or just the usual rumormill...

Not sure if this is a rumor. I did not here it from other fisherman it was from a tackle shop that Dave Chilson was in friday. Well if it is true it is nice to know the 40 lb'ers are back. Sucks for the guys that weighed the fish in.

yup, that is who I heard it from. They emphasized to me that it was not a rumor. He said he thought it was bayside but was not 100% sure.
