Folks that's a very good price!! Last winter a tree fell on our camper and ruined our canvas and smashed our gazebo, I found a new canvas for $175 it's a 23fter, and a spring in the tube broke also. I found a fellow out west that makes these springs $107 + shipping. Do the math that's a great deal.  Best of luck with your sale. Just Me.
