Minn Kota repair - dead no output

Good Day, 

I have a two circuit on board charger that appears to have lost its charging capabilities. Measures no output from either channel. Is there a recommendation for repair? Is Minn Kota factory a good option. Unit is close to ten years old, may not be worth it.

Did you check all connections and inline fuses on your positive leads.?

Yes, tested before the fuses directly from unit with no batteries connected
