Early goose season

I haven't seen any early goose reports. Scouted a field with 3-400 geese in it this evening. Hopefully they cooperate tomorrow morning.

My bird sightings are way down this year. The fields I locked down in the offseason that I thought were gonna be goldmines have been barren. Currently my best field has 40-50 birds and they just showed up Monday. Hope they stick around till Saturday morning

Well sometimes it works out as planned. Gabe and I each limited out and geese were landing in the decoys when we picked up.

Got out for a quick trip this morning. Not many birds working my area but had two small flocks of four come in, got one out of each. Beats sleeping in I suppose.

Can't wait for next season when my little buddy is ready to pitch in and help out
