White Diamond rods

Im looking at buying some new rods for salmon and steelhead / walleye . Just wondering about these rods. I just want to fight the fish not the rod. I have lower end okuma stuff now. Thanks

Just ordered 12 white diamonds and 8 blue diamonds myself this week... got rid of all my low end Okuma GLT stuff... looking forward to next year. This stuff all for salmon/trout. I run Ugly Stik 8'3" L for walleye... can't beat them.

What rides did you order for your dipsy's? And if you run ledcor what ones did you buy for Lead Core.? I bought two 9-foot rods white diamond.

I bought 8 of the 7'6" ML White Diamonds for my short cores (3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6) and 4 of the 9' M copper/core White Diamonds for my 10 color core, 300, 450, and 500 copper setups. And 2 of the 10'6" M dipsey rods which I'll install twillis for wire.

 

Bought 6 of the 8'6" ML Blue Diamond rigger rods and 2 of the 10' Blue Diamond roller rods for a second set of wire dipseys... wanted to try a pure roller rod and see how I liked the pair.

 

All these rods paired with high speed Daiwa Saltist reels. My coppers I went with some Penn Squall saltwater lever drag 2speeds with macho capacity.
