planer board ?

gonna make 2 wood planer boards anybody use flex seal to coat them,i am asking for a  friend  ,lol

If your making them out of wood, some guys paint them. I made mine out of cedar and didn't treat them at all, just put a orange flag. Reason is at first they bob on top of the water as the soak up water the get heavier. They ride deeper in the water that's when the pull like hell and you get great releases, not that they don't do the job right away they just get better and won't flop over in rough water.
