Fishing spot

I never seem to have luck when I go fishing. Im not any pro fisherman but all I catch is sunfish or small bass. Does anyone know a spot? Preferably close to webster.

Are you boating or shore fishing? What kind of fish are you interested in?

You're surrounded by some of the best creeks and bays around. Of course Irondequoit Bay is right there along with The Genny and Webster pier, but Pultneyville, Sodus, Port Bay, Bear Creek, Maxwell Creek, are all within a half hour from Webster too.

Catching sunnies and small bass tells me you're using worms most of the time. Up your bait to minnows or crabs, and/or try casting more lures and you'll attract bigger bass, pike, etc. If you know where any fish are, you've overcome the hardest part!

Try webster park pier, all you need is some 3/4 oz cleos or wobblers! Cast them out and reel them in! Browns and steelhead will come!
