I bought this from cabelas bargain cave but never mounted it. Looking to get $1500.00 or best offer. Still new in the box. All you need is a display. Hds compatible. I will be at the Niagara show and would prefer to meet there rather than ship.

Is this compatible with a Simrad Go7 touch screen unit? and if so, is it just plug and play or do I need extra hardware?

According to west marine it is compatible with a go 9...so I would think so. You would have to check with navico to be 100% sure.

I have an email in to navico on the go 7 touch. Their site says it is compatible with simrad nse...nss....nso...and zeus....but looks like it's an older post. I'm guessing it will work...but checking to be sure.

I called Navico and they said my unit would support the radar but after further research, I found the Simrad Go7 will not support radar but the Go9 will.  I have two Go7 units for redundancy that  I use as stand alone Chartplotter and sonars, so I will not be able to make an offer on your radar.  Sorry.

I really don't need radar but thought it would be nice.

No problem. I am still waiting for them to reply to my email. I thought it would be nice too, but it sits too high on my hard top to fit under my storage area. I only have 4" of clearance. Costs too much to build a new garage.

Shipping is all over the place. I can't find a quote on insurance but USPS is around $50 with no insurance. I would require insurance to protect both of us. If your interested make me an offer and I'll take it to the post office and get an exact price. I don't think it should be more than $100.

Navico support responded today. This unit in not compatible with the go touch 7 simarad.
