Did you try the “optimized” size option? My app wouldn’t load “original” size, so I went with the other and it worked

Just tried to make files smaller (tapatalk didn't give me option) still no go

Sometimes you have to delete the app and reload it with the newest update. I had to do that with the iPhone LOU app for a similar reason.
