I strictly run Hammerhead 5/0 cowbells. The 4/0 catch fish but not as good as the 5/0 for me.

X3 on the Hammerhead 5/0. Even with their large size they have less drag (pull less) than old school cowbells and lake trolls.

i can't say for lake Ontario what works best . i don't target lakers when i there . on the finger lakes i prefer the 4/0 over the 5/0 . i do run both and have  better luck with the 4/0. with Gambler rigs .
