Sorry guys, I had a different experience with the service. Had to have one of the tubes repaired after almost tearing my garage door off with it, sent the request in for the repair, was contacted the next day, shipped it out, had it back within a week. "Strung along and lied to" seems like the standard procedure at Traxstech. Scary that there's so many horror stories in this small sample size of replies, and a huge shame since they make such a great product!

That’s a great point.  Products are great.  Boat is set up great now, too bad I had to buy their products off a third party vendor on eBay after waiting four months for them to make them.
