I see on the shark web site that it suggest you don't use an attractor behind the sharks bc the shark acts as the attractor...and that if you run a spoon that it shouldn't be 30-40foot behind it...it should be fairly close....hmmmm....anyone have any feed back on this. .going to be running two of them this yr

i run paddles meat, on short leads on the deep rigger, flys and flashers and run spoons all different lead lengths depending on conditions.

catch fish on all of them. Use attractors and different leads with confidence.

Yes it makes no sense. Run your stuff how you want to. If they we're such an attractor, you could run a plain fly behind them..lol

I experimented with running attractors right behind the ball, yakima triangles 6 inches behind the ball. I would run a clean spoon right above, 6 to 10 feet back. Worked well at times.
