WOW!!!! I never expected that to happen.Im all for it and ill take one if i see it but most of the bear sightings in my area are in peoples yards under there bird feeders.I hope people use there heads.

In Steuben co., but there was already a seaon there. Usually see a couple a year, usually mommy and her cubs wich you cannot shoot.

I saw one at rattlesnake hill in06 during bow season and found tracks during the BP season same year. It was standing on the shoulder of the road and gave us a good look. That made our day.

I saw 4 black bears last year, 2 on opening day of the Deer gun season and 2 more a week later. Both times it was 2 bears running together.
